Portion: 12 servings
Ingredients:
2 cups of graham cracker crums
1 cup of peanuts, chopped, divided
1 1/4 cups of sugar, divided
6Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
4 8 oz. packages of cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup of sour cream
4 eggs
1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
Directions:
Heat ove to 350 degrees F
Line 13×8 pan with foil. Mix crubs, 1/2 cup nuts, 1/4 cup sugar and butter; press onto bottom of pan. Bake 10 min.
Beat cream chees, remaining sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. And sour cream; mix well. And eggs, 1 at a time, beating on low after each just until blended. Pour over crust.
Bake 35 min. or until center is almost set; cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours. Top with remaining nuts and caramel topping.

Prep. time does not include the refrigeration time of 4 hours.
