Thanksgiving Ham

Ingredients:

traditional bone-in butt half ham not precooked
1/2 cup mustard

2 tablespoons of vinager
 2 cups brown sugar

 

Directions:

Mix the mustard,vinager and brown sugar in a bowl, it will be thick in consistency

Preheat the oven to 300

With ham in the baking dish

slather the mixture over the ham until completely coated, recoat with the mixture every hour for four hours or until done per your ham's weight, an hour for each pound

Makes a very nice, sweet glaze, is very easy, my recipe since 2007
