Ingredients:
- 2 lbs sausage
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 carton french onion dip
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup green pepper
- 1/4 cup red pepper
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 pack hashbrowns
Directions:
Cook sausage, drain on paper towels. Combine 1 3/4 cup cheese and next 7 ingredients in mixing bowl. Fold in hashbrowns. Spread half of hashbrown mixture in ungreased dish. Top with sausage and remaining potato mixture. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 mins. Uncover and bake 10 more mins.
