Ingredients:
2 Tilapia filets
1/2 C. Flour
2 ounces margarine
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/4 cup jalapeno
1 cup chopped spinach
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
4 oz heavy cream
1/4 cup lemon butter (or subsitute fresh lemon and add 1/4 cup butter)
5 oz angel hair pasta
1 tsp fresh parsley
1/8 cup diced roma tomato
Directions:
Flour filets in 1/2 cup flour . Melt margarine in skillet and fry filets until golden brown on both sides.
Add garlic, jalapeno, spinach, salt, pepper, heavy cream, and lemon butter to skillet, lower heat and let simmer until spinach is tender.
Top with fresh parsley & diced tomato and serve.
