Ingredients:
1 lb pecan halves
1 egg white
1T cold water
1/2 c sugar
1/2t cinnamon
1/4t salt
Directions:
Beat egg white and water until foamy. Fold in pecans and coat well. Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt together and stir into pecans. Mix well then spread on a buttered jelly roll pan. Bake at 225 for one hour. Stir every 15 min.
Notes:
Taste a lot like pecan pie.
