Ingredients:
VANILLA
2 vanilla beans
2 cups cashews or pieces
2 cups purified water
1 cup maple syrup
Directions:
Grind vanilla beans in a blender
Combine vanilla and remaining ingredients in a blender.
Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze according to instructions.
CHOCOLATE
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup cashews or pieces
1 3/4 cups purified water
1 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla flavor
1/4 tsp almond flavor
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze according to instructions.
