Ingredients:
2 lbs lean ground beef
3 oz. pkg. oscar mayer bacon bits
1 (8 oz) package medium cheddar (shredded)
1 egg
1 cup quick-cooking oat
1 medium onion (chopped)
1/2 cup light mayo
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. yellow mustard
Directions:
Prehead oven to 370 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients mixing well. Form mixture into a loaf and place on a rack inside of a slightly sided pan (enough to contain fat drippings) and place into oven. Bake for 90 minutes. While meatloaf is baking mix the last 2 ingredients and set aside to use as a topping. After 90 minutes remove meatloaf and spread topping mixture on top. Place meatloaf back in oven and bake another 15 minutes or until center of meatloaf is 160 degrees.
