Ingredients:
- 2 30oz can artichoke hearts drained
- 1 C mayonaise
- 2/3 C grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- mash artichoke hearts with a fork.
- Combine with other ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into ovenproof serving dish
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
- Serve with Melba rounds
Notes:
YOu can also add 1/4 C each of chopped black olives and chopped green chilies if you like.
