Brokenhearts Dip

Portion: 10 servings
Ingredients:

  • 2 30oz can artichoke hearts drained
  • 1 C mayonaise
  • 2/3 C grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

  • mash artichoke hearts with a fork.
  • Combine with other ingredients and mix well.
  • Pour into ovenproof serving dish
  • Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
  • Serve with Melba rounds

Notes:
YOu can also add 1/4 C each of chopped black olives and chopped green chilies if you like.
