Ingredients:
3 cups flour
3cups sugar- 1/4 =2 3/4
3 sticks butter
3/4 cup 7up (chilled)
2 Tbsp lemon extract (pure)
5 eggs
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar togethe until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beat well after each addition. Add flour,flavoring and 7 up alternating beat well.
Bake in preheated oven 325 degrees 1 1/4 hours
