Ingredients:
- 4 medium yellow squash sliced
- 1/2 C onion chopped
- 3-4 C water
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 pkg corn bread dressing mix
- 2 C grated cheese
Directions:
- Combine squash and onion. Add water to cover completely.
- cook until done
- add soup and mix gently
- Spray 13×9 casserole with pam
- Put layer of squash mixture in dish
- Follwo with layer of dressing mix and layer of cheese.
- Alernate layers until squash mixture is used.
- Cover dish with foil and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
- Take from oven and remove foil.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Replace foil and let sit so cheese will melt.
- Season to taste
