Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. Betty Crocker SuperMoist white cake mix
- Water, vegetable oil and egg whites as called for in cake mix directions
- 1 pkg. (4 serving size) strawberry or raspberry flavored gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1-8 oz. container Cool Whip, thawed
Directions:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Make cake as directed on box for 9X13 inch pan. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
- Poke cake all over with fork. In small bowl, stir gelatin and boiling water until dissolved; stir in cold water. Pour over cake. Run knife around sides of pan to loosen cake. Refrigerate 2 hours.
- Spread frosting over top of cake. Store covered in refrigerator.
