skillet beef and bacon

Portion: 4 servings
Ingredients:

  • 4 slices bacon chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 16 oz can vegetarian baked beans
  • 1 10 oz pks frozen corn thawed
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 C water
  • 1/2 C ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp worchestershire sauce

Directions:

  • in 12 inch skillet cook bacon over medium heat about 3 minutes or until crisp
  • Add ground beef and cook stirring constantly about 5 minutes or until browned.
  • Stir in remaning ingredients.
  • Bring to a boil over high heat stirring frquently.
  • Redude heat to low and simmer uncovered stirring frequently for 15 minutes.
  • Serve if desiredover hot pasta, corn bread or hambuger buns.
