Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/3 C red wine vinegar
3 C peanut oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp accent
2 tsp chopped chives
1 Tbsp creole mustard
1 Tbsp chopped shallots
pinch of black pepper
Directions:
Soft boil eggs for 1 minute by placing the eggs into boiling water.Mix eggs and all other ingredients together except oil. When well mixed slowly add peanut oil and whip until creamy. This dressing works best when only peanut oil is used.
