Ingredients:
Boneless chicken breasts
Fresh Parmesan cheese
3-4 eggs
Salt, pepper
Garlic power
2 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
Create mixture of 3-4 egg whites
Grate fresh Parmesan into heaping pile (both freshly grated and store-bought, softer kind are good to mix)
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder (or other spices, go crazy!) to taste
Heat oil in pan until very hot
Dip chicken breasts in egg whites, then coat in Parmesan mixture, both sides
Cook in skillet, 2-3 minutes each side (just until cheese starts to brown/burn/get crunchy/delicious)
