Ingredients:
- 2 graham cracker pie crust
- 1can eagle brand milk
- 1 medium can crushed pineapple (drain and kinda mash juice out)
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice or juice from 2 lemons
- 1 container of whipped topping (cool whip)
- 1/2 cup pecans (i use crushed)
- if desired add 1 cup of coconut
Directions:
mix all ingredients well with mixer pour into pie crust place in fridge for 4 hours to allow time to sit!
