Ingredients:
1 cup Heavy cream
3 tablespoon Unsalted butter
1 cup Parmesan grated
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
In a large fry pan, melt the butter and whisk in the cream over medium low heat. Do NOT let mixture come to a boil.
When thoroughly mixed, add the parmesan bit by bit and whisk until mixture is smooth and slightly thick. It should be gravy-like.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
