Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2tsp cloves
1 cup oil
3 eggs
2 small jars baby food (plums or plums mixed with apples)
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients well in a large bowl. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. bake at 325 for 60-70 minutes. Check with a toothpick. You may top the cake with confectioner sugar or drizzle a glaze topping of 1 cup confectioners sugar mixed with 3 to 4 tablespoons of milk to thin
