Chicken Parm

Ingredients:
8-10 thin sliced chicken breasts

oil for frying

1/2 cup flour

Italian flavored bread crumbs

2 eggs mixed with a splash of milk

1 lb. part skim mozzarella cheese

1 quart of your favorite red sauce

parmesan cheese

Directions:
Heat oil in frying pan

dredge chicken in flour

dip in egg mixture

coat with bread crumbs

fry chicken

drain on paper towel

layer chicken, sliced mozzarella,and sauce

sprinkle with parmesan cheese

bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot
