Ingredients:
2cups cooked spinach noodles,sliced carrots, green peppers, celery, tomatoes, spinach.
1cup cottage cheese
3ttbsp butter
1 cup chedder cheese
Directions:
Melt butter saute vegetables( add tomatoes last)
Mix in cottage cheese
Top with chedder cheese
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
