Ingredients:
3 EGGS
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon parmican
ricatta
mozzalea
Directions:
-Mix ricatta like you would for lazana
-cook large shells
-stir in ricatta in baking dish
-add sauce
-blend thro-shells
-well spread sauce on top shredded mozzalea cheese
-Bake about 1 hour for the 3 lb. ricatta
-i would make about two large baking dishes of shells (using about 1 1/2 of shells)
