Overnight Egg Bake

12 slices of bread (cut off crust)

2 c. diced ham

1 1/3 c. shredded cheddar

6 eggs

3 c. milk

1/2 t. salt

1/2 t. dry mustard

1/4 t. pepper


Trim crusts on bread and cube. Beat eggs, milk, and seasonings. Layer bread cubes, cheese, and ham in a 9×13 glass baking dish. Pour over egg mixture. Cover. Refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered at 350* for 55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
