Ingredients:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup vinegar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 pound fresh spinach, torn into bite-size pieces
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
3 green onions, sliced
Directions:
combine first 7 ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly and shake. Add bacon, mixing well. Combine spinach, eggs and green onions in a serving bowl. Pour dressing over salad, tossing lightly.
