Ingredients:
8 hardboiled eggs
yolks
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon minced parsley
1 tablespoon grated onion
1/2 cup chopped ham
Sauce
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup flour
1 cup boiling water
chicken boullian
1/8 teasoon salt
1/8 teasoon pepper
1/8 teasoon paprika
3/4 cup half and half
1 cup grated american cheese
Directions:
Mix: yolks, butter (melted), worcestershire sauce, prepared mustard, minced parsley, onion and chopped ham. Fill eggs and place in baking dish.
Sauce: blend, 3 Tablespoons butter and flour; let bubble. Boil water with chicken boullian. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and half and half.
Pour over eggs and sprinkle 1 cup of grated american cheese. Bake at 325 covered for 1 hour.
