Ingredients:
2 cups Bisquick
1 and 1/4 cup milk
1 egg
2 TBsp sugar
1 Tsp vanilla
2 TBsp lemon juice
2 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, use a little extra milk if too thick (batter will thicken upon standing) . Melt 1-2 tablespoons butter on large griddle and use about 1/4 cup batter per pancake. Flip over when buttles start to break on surface, cook just another minute until done.
Serve with maple syrup
