Lemon Ice

Portion: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
1/4 teaspoons ground lemon peel
1/2 cup lemon juice
Directions:
1. Dissolve sugar in boiling water.

2. Add cold water, lemon peel and juice.

3. Pour in shallow pan.

4. Freeze about two hours until nearly firm.

5. Break up into chilled small mixer bowl. Beat until fluffy.

6. Freeze again, stirring once or twice.
