Ingredients:
6 saltines
1/2 cup water
1 pounds ground beef
1 8 ounce jar grape jelly
1 12 ounce jar chili sauce
juice of one lemon
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Soften saltines in water and add to meat.
2. Add salt and pepper and mix well. Form into balls and refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
3. In saucepan combine jelly, chili and lemon juice. Simmer 10 minutes.
4. Add meatballs. Cook over low heat for 20-25 minutes until meat is browned and cooked through.
5. Serve on rice or noodles.
