Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon
1-2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
2 cup finely chopped apples
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Combine flour, brown sugar and margarine at low speed until crumbly. Stir in nuts.
3. Press 2 3/4 cups crumb mixture into ungreased 13×9 pan.
4. To remaining crumb mixture, add soda, cinnamon, salt, sour cream, vanilla and egg and blend.
5. Stir in apples.
6. Spoon into pan.
7. Bake 30-40 minutes.
Can put the crumb pat on top and put a tablespoon of melted butter on it
