Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups yellow cornmeal
1 1/4 cups flour
2-4 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425.
2. In large bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add mild, oil and egg. Mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.
4. Pour into 9 inch square baker. Bake 20-23 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
