Chicken Cheese Soup

4 chicken breast halves
2 cups water
4 potatoes, cubed
1 rib celery, sliced
1 carrot, grated
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 tablespoons butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 chicken bouillon cube
16 ounces velveeta cheese
dash salt and pepper
1. Cook chicken with water in a stock pot until done. Remove check, cool, cube and set aside.

2. Boil potatoes, celery, carrot and onion in the chicken broth until tender.

3. Add butter, soup, and chicken bouillon cube; heat thoroughly

4. Add the cheese and stir until completely melted.

5. Stir in chicken, salt and pepper.
