Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (3 ounce) package grated parmesan
12 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
2 (4 1/2 ounce) cans chopped green chiles, drained
2 (11 ounce) cans mexicorn, drained
1 (4 ounce) jar chopped pimiento, drained
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and put into a greased 2 quart casserole dish.
2. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly
3. Serve with corn chips.
