Pineapple Au Gratin

Ingredients:

32 oz pineapple  tidbits

3 c. shredded cheddar cheese

1 3/4 c. sugar

2 tubes crushed ritz crackers

2 sticks melted butter

1 c. flour

 

Directions:

Drain pineapple. (save juice)

Put in 9 x 13 pan. 

Pour 1 1/2 c. juice over pineapple and sprinkle cheddar cheese. 

Mix flour and sugar, sprinkle of top. 

Crush crackers and place on top. 

Pour melted butter on top.

 

Notes:
Bake 350 for 30 min.
