Ingredients:
1/4 cup oats
1/8 cup liquid egg whites
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp raisins
Cinnamon to taste
Directions:
Combine all in bowl
Scrape batter off the sides of the bowl and flatten into a cookie shape.
Cook in microwave for 45 seconds.
Allow to cool, turn bowl over, flip out, and enjoy!
