Southwest Sloppy joes

Portion: 1 serving
Ingredients:
– 2 tsp. olive oil
– 1 large onion, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
– 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
– 1 tsp. chili powder
– 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
– 3/4 lb. ground turkey
– 1, 7-oz can Mexican style corn, drained and rinsed
– 1 1/2 c. medium chunky salsa
– 4 WW hamburger buns

Directions:
1. Warm the oil in a skillet. Add onion, garlic, and jalapeno. Cook until tender.
2. Add ground turkey, cook thoroughly.
3. Add chili powder, oregano, corn, and salsa. Warm through.
4. Serve on bread
