Squash Bread

Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup mashed cooked squash
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1/4 cup water
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped peacans
Directions:
In mixing bowl combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, cooked squash, oil and eggs, beat till well blended. Stir in water, thoroughly stir togther flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger; add to squash mixture and mix well. Stir in raisins and pecans.Turn batter into well-greased 9x5x3 loaf pan. Bake 350 degrees for 65 to 70 minutes or till done. Remove from pan, cool on rack. Wrap and store overnight before slicing.
