1. In large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat.
2. drain meat. add bacon and garlic
3. combine the flout, salt, paprika, and nutmeg
4. gradually stir into beef mixture until blended
5. stir in soup and mushrooms
6. bring to a boil
7. reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, for 4-5 minutes.
8. stir in sour cream
9. cook 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally
10. serve on buns
