Creamy Yogurt-Herb Dressing

Ingredients:

1 cup plain yogurt (whole milk or low-fat)

1 handful fresh basil leaves

1 handful fresh cilantro or parsley leaves

juice of 1 lemon

2 cloves garlic, peeled

pinch each of salt and pepper (more or less to taste)

1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil

pinch red pepper flakes

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together

Eat!
