1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
4 chicken breasts, cut into strips or nuggets
2 cups finely crushed potato chips
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1. Mix sauce and brush 1/2 cup on chicken strips or nuggets. PLace th erest of the sauce in the refrigerator for about one hour before serving.
2. Coat chicken with potato chips and seeds. Place on cookie sheet.
3. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes in a 425 oven; turn over. Bake for 4 to 5 minutes until light brown.
4. Serve with the remainder of the sauce.
