A fairly easy casserole dish. There used to be a boxed version of this in the store, so I tried to figure out what was in it, and this is what I came up with.
Delicious, easy to make pork chops. You will need a 13x9x2-inch baking pan.

The breading that coats these tender chops is moist and subtly seasoned with Dijon mustard. You will need a large skillet.
