Party Dijon Mushroom

Ingredients:

12 oz. fresh mushrooms
1 small onion
3 tablespoon oleo
8 oz. cream cheese
small amount of milk

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

 

 

Preparation:

-Chop 12 oz. fresh mushrooms and 1 small onion.
-Cook in 3 tablespoons oleo till excess liqius evaporates.
-Add 8 oz. cream cheese and a small amount of milk to thin
-Cook until blended; stirring in 3 Tablespoon Dijon mustard

 

 

Notes:

Can be serve warm or cold.
Make thinner it serving cold.
It can be a dip or a spread
