Ingredients:

10 oz. cream of chicken soup
10 oz. cream of mushroom soup 2 cups chicken broth
10 oz. can ROTEL 12 corn tortillas, cut in pieces 3-4 lbs. cooked, boned chicken breast 1 chopped onion 2 cups grated cheese

 

 

Preparation:

Combine soups, broth, Rotel and set aside Oil 3 qt. casserole. Layer 1/2 of the tortillas pieces, chicken, onion & cheese in casserole pan. Pour 1/2 of both over the layer. Repeat layer. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
