Garlic Mashed Potatoes &Beef Bake

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef

1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed Cream of Mushroom with roasted garlic soup

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

1 bag (16 oz) frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots) thawed

3 cups hot mashed pototoes

 

 

Preparation:

1. In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef 1.In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to seperate meat. Pour off fat.

2. In 2 quart shallow baking dish mix, 1/2 can soup. Worcestershire and vegetables

3. Stir remaining soup into pototoes mixture over beef mixture.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot
