Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:

4 cups noodles (cooked and drained)
2 cups cooked chicken (cut in bite size pieces)
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup diced celery
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 can of cream of celery soups
1/2 cup milk
4 ounce sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (1 cup)

 

 

Preparation:

- Combine noodles, chicken and mayo
- Cook onion and celery in a little butter until slightly tender
- Add soup and milk, heat through
- Add cheese and heat until cheese melts
- Add to noodle mixture
- Put into 2 quar cassrole (sprayed with pan)

- Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 20 minutes

 

 

Notes:

Freezer directions:
- Freeze after assembling (before baking)
- Thow overnight in Frig.
- Bake as directed on till hot and bubbly
- May top with crushed potatoe chips before baking
