Ingredients:

5 zucchini medium sized    1 big onion   1/2 cup of rising flour   3/4 cup of oil   3 eggs   handful of parsley   1 stalk of celery   handful cilantro   1 telma cube ( chicken flavored powder)

 

 

Preparation:

finely chop everything. mix well . grease pan. bake @ 350 degrees until it browns. stick something in it and if it comes out dry its readyyyyyy and bring me some !! 

How To Make Self-Rising Flour

If your recipe calls for self-rising flour and you only have all-purpose, here's how you can adapt.

Here's How:

1.   Using a dry measure, measure the desired amount of flour into a separate container.

2.   For each cup of all-purpose flour, add 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

3.   Mix to combine.
