Ingredients:

1 cup cashews

1/2 cup almonds

1/2 cup pecans

1 tablespoon peanut oil or melted butter

salt and pepper 

 

 

Preparation:

1. Toss nut in peanut oil or butter

2. Place on baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes at 450-degrees. Let cool 5 minutes.
