Chunky Beef Chili

Ingredients:

4 Lbs stew meat

2 Tbsp chili powder

1 6 oz can tomato paste

1 32 oz conatiner of beef broth

2 8 oz can tomato sauce

2 tsp garlic

1 tsp salt

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp red pepper 

 

 

Preparation:

Brown meat in batches in Dutch oven over medium heat. Remove heat resering drippings. Add chili powder. Cook stirring constantly about 2 minutes. Stir in tomato paste and cook 5 minutes. Return meat to pan. Stir in beef broth and next 9 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered stirring occassionally for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
