Kim\’s Velveta Soup

Ingredients:

3 cups cubed potatoes

1 cup water

1/2 cup diced carrots

1/2 cup diced celery

1/4 cup diced onion

1 tsp parsley

1/2 tsp salt and pepper

1 cube chicken or beef bouillon

1 1/2 cups milk

1/2 lb Velveeta cheese

2 Tbsp flour

Directions:
Combine potatoes, water, carrots, celery, onions and seasonings and bouillon cube.  Simmer 15 minutes, add milk to flour stir until blended and add to vegetables and boil.  Add cheese and stir until melted.
