Edamame Dip

Ingredients:

\"\" 1 pound shelled edamame (these soybeans are available in the frozen-foods section at grocery stores)
\"\" 1 teaspoon salt
\"\" 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
\"\" 5 tablespoons olive oil
\"\" 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
\"\" 1 teaspoon sugar
\"\" 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Puree all the ingredients in a food processor or blender until the mixture is smooth. Makes 2 1/2 cups
