Whole Wheat Ravioi with Garlic Sauteed Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 1package (9ounze) Buitoni refrigerated Whole wheat four cheese ravioli, prepared according to package directions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh garlic
  • 1/2 pound fresh green beans
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground blackpepper
  • 1 yellow summer squash, quartered and sliced
  • 1 red pepper sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry or grape tomatos, halved
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese

Directions:

Heat  oil and garlic in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add green beans, salt and pepper; cook stirring frequently for 5 minutes.  Add squash, pepper and tomatos; cook stirring frequently or until vegetables are tender.  Toss in pasta; cook for 3 minutes or until pasta is warm.  Sprinkle with cheese
