Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

24 fresh mushrooms

1 (10 oz.) pkg frozen spinach

2 oz. cream cheese

4 oz. feta cheese

1/2 c. finely chopped green onions

Salt to taste

1 c. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees F.  Wipe mushroom caps clean with damp paper towel.  Thaw spinach in colander and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.  In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except mushrooms and parmesan cheese.  Mix well.  Fill mushroom caps with mixture and place on cookie sheet.  Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.  Bake for 15-20 minutes.
