Taco Dip

Ingredients:

16 oz refried beans

8 oz cream cheese

1 cup sour cream

2 TBL taco seasoning

2 garlic cloves, pressed

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)

1 TBLs cilantro or parsley (if using fresh need 2 TBLs)

1 medium chopped tomato

1/4 sliced green onions

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Spread refried beans on bottom of 12×9 pan.

In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning and garlic.

Spread over beans.

Sprinkle cheese over top.

Bake 15 – 18 minutes or unitl hot

Top with olives, cilantro, tomato and onions.
